A special place in my family's history. Where my father lived with the necessary care for his health at this stage of his life.

I could see the affection, care and connection between the caregivers and the team. That put me at ease.

When we spent the weekends together at my house, my father would say, "Son, take me home".

Pousada Vovô Emílio is like grandma and grandpa's house. Everything is organized with a lot of love, warmth and care, both for its guests and their families. During the time my father lived at the Pousada, from 2018 to 2023, every time I was there (and there were many, almost daily), I always felt at home. The staff, the other residents, Patrícia, Wagner and Isabela make the atmosphere very welcoming and familiar. During those years, my father received the care and attention he needed, he made good friends and we were able, as a family, to strengthen our ties even further. I'm very grateful for everything we've been able to experience together.

My grandmother was always very active and the joy of our family in her 90s. After a fall, we found it difficult to maintain the quality of life she deserved, due to a lack of technical experience, and that's when we met Hotel Emílio Takamori, which provided all the support, affection and care we wanted.
